We will retain your data for as long as is reasonably necessary for the required services to be provided to you. It will not be retained indefinitely or for reasons incompatible with relevant data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

Our lawful bases for collecting and using your personal data are in order for us to fulfil a contractual obligation – or for any general queries passed through our website, with your consent (which you can remove at any point).

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

• let us have proof of your identity and address (a copy of your driving licence or passport and a recent utility or credit card bill), and
• let us know the information to which your request relates, including any account or reference numbers, if you have them

10. Keeping your personal information secure

We securely store and limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Information is stored in securely locked offices or on secure computer systems.
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

Data entered via the website contact form will be kept on file only for the duration of the enquiry unless the enquiry results in the user becoming a customer or supplier of the company, in which case the data may be held in line with this privacy policy.
